Description
The largest size consumes about 7mL of resin, so the expense is very minimal–about $1.75 if using a $250/L surgical guide resin. I will be using them for infrequently used burs.
These files will print without supports on Sprintray Pro 95 or Pro 55 printers. Any printer with a minimal compression zone should be able to print this with no supports.
The downloadable versions will have some changes from the earlier builds shown in the video. Most notably, there is now a positive snap
Contents:
- STL file for lids for burs of following lengths: 20, 22, 26, 30, 34, 38, and 42mm
- STL file for bur block base, RA burs x 20
- STL file for bur block base, RA burs x 10 + FG burs x 10
- STL file for bur block base, FG burs x 20
- STL file for bur block base, blank (cut your own bur holes in meshmixer, blender, 3d builder, etc)
Printing Directions
- Load your printer with surgical guide resin
- Select the surgical guide profile
- Select the model(s) you wish to print
- Place them on the print bed in this suggested orientation
- Wash and post cure as directed.
- Trim off any excess resin flash (bigfooting) that interferes with the parts fitting together.
